Abstract
The exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the House of Representatives requires that members be elected by general, secret, direct election by the people. All of this is taking the constitutional oath, as the tasks specified in the first session give it a legal nature that differs from the rest of the council’s sessions, so it is necessary to clarify this session and determine its legal nature as well as the work that is conducted in it, how it is held and its impact on the rest of the sessions
The problem of researching this topic seems to be: What is the meaning of this session? What is the legal nature of this session? Is it similar to the rest of the sessions? or not ? Does it affect the work of the House of Representatives? Are there conditions for its holding?
We will divide this research into an introduction, two requirements, and a conclusion. In the first requirement, we will address the concept of the legal organization of the first session of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and in the second requirement, we will clarify the provisions of the legal organization of the first session of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, and we will conclude the research with some results and recommendations.
