Abstract
This research addresses the issue of human rights and basic freedoms by providing the necessary guarantees for them that allow individuals to enjoy the rights and freedoms approved by constitutions without obstacles, and without discrimination between one individual and another. All of these are guarantees that prevent attacks on the rights and freedoms of individuals. The most prominent of these guarantees, the most important of which are constitutional and judicial guarantees. And legal, in addition to political and social guarantees, and within each group of these guarantees there are multiple basic sub-guarantees, which requires that we present in detail the content of these guarantees to protect human rights and basic freedoms, because these guarantees have a major role in spreading the principles and values of human rights and educating generations to understand them. In light of the above, we attempt to explain the constitutional guarantees derived from the principle of legality and the principle of equality, as well as the judicial and legal guarantees in the first section. In the second section, we will discuss the political and social guarantees derived from the democratic system, parliamentary oversight, public opinion monitoring, and the role of political parties in deciding to protect and guarantee human rights and basic freedoms.
