Abstract
Intellectual security is one of the most important basic pillars in the fight against terrorism and is considered important in building an integrated system according to a strategic plan for social security, as intellectual security penetrates many intellectual, political, social, economic, security, and even food, environmental, and information fields, which in turn fundamentally affects security concepts in general. The concept of intellectual security in particular, and since intellectual security is a modern concept in contemporary security thought, but it is considered a clear concept in terms of its meaning and statement, intellectual security is an urgent necessity for every country and society, as it contributes greatly to the progress and development of moderate thought that is far from terrorism and extremism, and without it, intellectual chaos prevails. It disrupts national security and thus leads to backwardness in any society.
Intellectual security is one of the basic topics that the world is witnessing. It is an ideological extension that is also linked to the political, economic and social aspects, as societies today suffer from sectarian conflicts and sectarian ideological tendencies that have led to the practice of various forms of terrorism. Therefore, these societies must be preserved and their intellectual security strengthened.
