Abstract
Countries flourish due to the flourishing of private sector which aids in facilitating the growth of private sector and also creating a suitable environment, a decent work and presenting big services with value therefore to earn the citizens trust through finding the laws and systems that organize the relationships among all members of project and make these relationships more stable and creating a type of balance among these members. In the last three years using the governance term became more popular in many fields like economic and social ones.
So it became necessary for many countries especially the developing ones to adopt the governance as a part of their working law and since the governance is a system and each system needs mechanisms to be actually applied. These mechanisms work together in a harmonious active frame for creating a safe working environment that prevails justice, discipline, credibility and achieving the balance by protecting the weak member which represents the worker and also restricting the authories of employer, and achieving benefits of other members by approving behaviour control inside the project, especially the employer's behaviour which should be away of the utilitarian behaviour or using his power in arbitrary way, and preventing the exit from established protective rules which decided in the labor legislation، all that can be done through four mechanisms with different goals.
