Abstract
Decoration is a real right that entitles its owner to ownership of the building that he built at his expense on someone else’s land. It is only achieved by registration. The owner of the right of adornment can forfeit the building he created, mortgage it, and arrange for him or her easement rights within the limits within which he may exercise this right, and he must The contract establishing the right of decoration must state the type of building, its specifications and dimensions, and specify the rights and obligations of the holder of this right. The duration of the right of decoration must not exceed forty years. If the contract stipulates a longer period or is silent about specifying the period, then the considered period is forty years, and the right of decoration expires upon the expiration of the contract. Its duration, by explicitly waiving it, by combining the two capacities of the holder of the right to adornment and the owner of the property in one person, by the complete destruction of the building, and by non-payment of the rent, in addition to that, it ends by agreement of the two parties
