Abstract
The topic (structural parts of civil judgment according to logical reasoning) is considered one of the most important topics because it is considered a logical process in the hands of the civil judge through which he aims to reach a fair ruling in the case brought to him and embody it in the ruling. One of the reasons that led us to choose this topic is that logical reasoning is without it. There is difficulty in the legal solution and this leads to negative repercussions on the judicial process in issuing civil judgments, as logical reasoning is the most important mental, scientific and logical process that the judge resorts to when constructing the judicial ruling, and one of the most important questions that arose in the research is how the judge can construct the ruling. Civil through logical reasoning The necessity of knowing the logical unity between the premises and the results reached within the scope of the research. To conclude the case with a sound judicial ruling that is consistent with what reason and logic dictate, and is immune from being overturned by the courts. In view of the importance of the principle of logical reasoning, as it works to extend justice as much as possible in judicial rulings, there is a need to study the possibility of including logical reasoning methods within the school curricula in the specialized studies of judges and members of the public prosecution due to their utmost importance in the issue of building civil
