Abstract
River Boundary disputes arise when there are disagreements between two or more countries about defining the river Boundary between them, as vital and economic water resources play an important role in these disputes. In many aspects of the state, and this may lead some countries to aspire to exploit the largest amount of river waters even if they are outside their Boundary, which results in a conflict with the other country whose share of the river shared with the aggressor country is attacked. River Boundary disputes are not limited to this appearance, but rather multiply as a result of the multiplicity of motives and reasons for the occurrence of these disputes, and this matter makes the nature of these disputes variable according to the causes that were behind their occurrence. The occurrence of any Boundary dispute corresponds to the existence of settlement methods commensurate with its nature, as there are many ways to settle Boundary disputes and are divided into two types, namely, the judicial and non-judicial settlement methods. to a war between them.
