Abstract
The constitutional courts play an important and key role in ensuring the supremacy of the constitution and the consequent rule of law، thus consolidating the preservation of legitimacy and the stability of the political system in the country. The constitutional judiciary achieves a balance between the authorities as a reference for resolving disputes and disagreements between them.
